Fritz Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days, with a flat rate of $5.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days, with a flat rate of $15.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $150.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries: Canada, UK, Australia, and select European countries. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times for international orders:
- Standard International: 8-20 business days.
- Expedited International: 5-10 business days.
Note: Import duties and taxes may apply once the shipment reaches your country. Fritz is not responsible for these charges.

Returns and Refunds
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is in original condition. For damaged orders, contact support@fritz.com with photos.
